Useful local information

Is the WPRA AFFILIATED TO A POLITICAL PARTY?

The WPRA is strictly non-political. It is happy to work with our local MPs and councillors of any party for the benefit of the residents of Worcester Park.

IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH LOCAL SERVICES, WHO CAN HELP?

First contact your local council. Sutton Council Helpline is:

020 8770 5000

Check the Council website:

Sutton: https://www.sutton.gov.uk

Kingston: https://www.kingston.gov.uk/

Follow the links under Contact Us to report problems online here and if your problem is not resolved you can find details of your local councillors. Your problem will probably be resolved quickly but if you get no answer, email us: wpra96@hotmail.com

CAN I Attend meetings with LoCAL COUNCILLORS to get my views known?

See the Sutton website for dates and minutes of meetings of The Cheam North and Worcester Park Local Committee. This explains that the Committee “gives you a chance to work with councillors and community representatives to shape the future of the area.

Your local committee
If you live, work or study in Nonsuch, Worcester Park or Stonecot and want to influence decisions that affect your local area, the Cheam North and Worcester Park Local committee is your chance to get involved.

The Local Committee covers three wards - Nonsuch, Worcester Park and Stonecot.”

Any other questions?

Email the WPRA at: wpra96@hotmail.com or drop in a note at Worcester Park Library. If the staff are unfamiliar with our KT4 box there, please pass your note for the attention of Ian. We look forward to hearing from you!
